Private customers (B2C) may request a return within 14 calendar days from receiving the order. Products must be unused, unassembled, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
To request a return, please contact sales@muvcollection.com with your order information and, if necessary, photographs of the product.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact sales@muvcollection.com immediately so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. We may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Returns are not accepted for sale items, gift cards, or products damaged due to incorrect use or installation.
All products are covered by the legal warranty established under European and Spanish consumer regulations.
