Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

Please inspect your order on delivery. If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

• Report it to sales@muvcollection.com within 48 hours of delivery.

• Include your order number and photos or videos of the product and the packaging.

We will arrange the collection at no cost to you. You can choose a repair or a replacement; if neither is possible, we will offer a price reduction or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights under the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several shipments, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement by email to sales@muvcollection.com before the 14-day period ends.

Condition of returned products

You may open and handle the product only as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical store.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and include all accessories, instructions and assembly components. If it shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary for inspection, we reserve the right to deduct any resulting loss in value from the refund.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and vary depending on the size of the product and the collection location. We will confirm the exact cost before arranging the collection, and this amount will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

How to make a return

• Tell us within 14 days of delivery by email to sales@muvcollection.com, with your order number and the item(s) to return. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

• We will confirm the return cost and send you the collection date and time slot.

• Once we receive the product, we will check it and process your refund.

Exchanges: we do not offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order.

Refunds

• We will refund the price of the product within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

• We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or you have provided proof that it has been returned.

• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, at no additional cost to you.
