1. General information

This website is operated by MUV Collection. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MUV Collection. MUV Collection offers this website, including all information, tools and services available, conditional upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out herein.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Product descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT in accordance with the Spanish legislation in force. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. In the event of an error in the price of a product, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders and contract of sale

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract of sale is concluded at the moment we send you the dispatch confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order on justified grounds.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and the delivery area. MUV Collection is not liable for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.). Shipping costs will be clearly indicated before completing the purchase.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within the period estimated for each supplier from receipt of the product, without the need to provide any justification. To exercise this right, you must notify us by means of an unequivocal communication (for example, by email) before the period expires.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with the original packaging. The return costs shall be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Warranties

All our products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity according to each supplier, established by European and Spanish regulations. If you receive a defective product, contact us within 2 months from when you detect the defect.

9. Liability

MUV Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Intellectual property

All the content on this website (images, texts, logos, designs) is the property of MUV Collection or of its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Its reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

11. Data protection
