1. General information

This website is operated by MUV Collection, S.L., with NIF B26804542 and registered office at Carrer de Milà i Fontanals, 14, 08012 Barcelona, Spain. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to MUV Collection. MUV Collection offers this website, including all information, tools and services available, conditional upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices set out herein.

2. Conditions of use

By accessing and making a purchase from our store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

3. Products

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. Product descriptions or prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Prices and taxes

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT in accordance with the Spanish legislation in force. We reserve the right to amend prices at any time. In the event of an error in the price of a product, we will contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders and contract of sale

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The contract of sale is concluded at the moment we send you the dispatch confirmation of the order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order on justified grounds.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on product availability and the delivery area. MUV Collection is not liable for delays caused by third parties (carriers, customs, etc.). Shipping costs will be clearly indicated before completing the purchase.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by means of an unequivocal communication, for example by emailing sales@muvcollection.com, before the withdrawal period expires.

Products must be returned in accordance with the conditions established in our Refund Policy. The direct return costs will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, damaged during transport or incorrect.

8. Warranties

All products are covered by the three-year legal guarantee of conformity established under European and Spanish law.

If your product is defective, damaged, incorrect or does not match its description, please contact us at sales@muvcollection.com with your order number, details of the issue and supporting photographs so that we can assess and resolve the matter.

9. Liability

MUV Collection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Intellectual property

All the content on this website (images, texts, logos, designs) is the property of MUV Collection or of its content providers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Its reproduction without express authorisation is prohibited.

11. Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website, and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's domicile, in accordance with the consumer protection regulations in force. You may also access the European online dispute resolution platform.
