How much does delivery cost?
To help you plan your purchase with peace of mind, here's how our delivery costs are calculated.
Delivery costs are based on your order value and are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
If you need any additional services, such as having your furniture carried into your home or assembled, feel free to get in touch. We'll be happy to explore the available options and provide a personalised quote where possible.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We know that once you've found the perfect piece, you can't wait for it to arrive.
Delivery times depend on the availability of each product:
In-stock items: approximately 5–15 working days.
Made-to-order items: approximately 3–8 weeks.
Once you've placed your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
Please bear in mind that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
If you have any questions about your delivery, feel free to contact us at sales@muvcollection.com. We'll be happy to help.
How does delivery work?
We want you to know what to expect when your order arrives.
Our standard delivery service is kerbside delivery, to the address provided at checkout. This means that carrying furniture into your home, taking it upstairs and assembling the items are not included in the standard service.
Do you need an additional delivery service?
If you need your furniture to be carried into your home or assembled, feel free to get in touch with us to explore the available options.
These services come at an additional cost and are subject to availability and feasibility. Our team will review your request and, where possible, provide a personalised quote so you can consider your options before confirming your order.
What happens if I order multiple items?
If you've ordered several items, they may arrive in separate deliveries, as some pieces are dispatched from different locations and may have different delivery times.
If only part of your order arrives, don't worry — the rest may still be on its way.
If you have any questions, feel free to email us at sales@muvcollection.com and we'll be happy to help you check the status of your order.
What should I do when my order arrives?
We want you to enjoy your new pieces from the very first moment.
When your order arrives, we recommend checking that the number of packages is correct and that the packaging is in good condition. If you notice any visible issues during delivery, it's important to make a note of them on the carrier's delivery receipt.
Once you've received your order, we recommend checking its contents and keeping the original packaging until you've made sure everything is in order.
If you notice any delivery-related issues, please email us at sales@muvcollection.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and photographs to help us assess the situation.
Our team will review each case and help you find an appropriate solution, while fully respecting your statutory consumer rights.
